Yep.
I still have a whole bunch of sausages from Westmere Butchery, so this evening, went lucky dip style and pulled out some "Lincoln Shire" sausages from the fridge.
What ""Lincoln Shire" means I'm not exactly sure. So far I have concluded it could either be something English, or they were made by hobbits. I also have no idea what is in them. Pork? Beef? Fuckin', duck arsehole? Who knows. Whatever it is I'm sure it's not a part of the animal to be aptly named "Lincoln Shire".
