Day 74 - No Surprises

To most people, Easter is a time of year for eating gigantic chocolate eggs. Personally, I like those real little ones with caramel inside. You know, the ones with the spotty tin foil.

But we're getting off track here.

To me, Easter marks the beginning of the Feijoa season, which coincides perfectly with the beginning of Mexican Food season. There ain't nothin' quite like Feijoas in your Salsa.

Unfortunately, at almost $15 a kilo for Feijoas at the supermarket, and most trees still with unripe fruit and no-one yet offering to offload shopping bags full of Feijoas from their tree in the back yard, the Salsa will have to wait.

But Mexican Food season doesn't wait for unripe Feijoas.

Chuck some fuckin' Mango on it.

On the Quesadilla buzz, like a fly.
