I must say. Abe and myself stumbled upon a fine combination of foods as a result of finding whatever we had that needed to be eaten, and turning it into something.
Sarah had left some Tofu in the fridge from the previous night that was never opened.
Yoink!
Abe had brought along a Courgette, some Mushrooms and some Capsicum. I managed to find some more Capsicum, and some spicy Portuguese-style sauce.
We decided we would slice the capsicums into halves and use them as shells to stuff in the remaining ingredients, which were chopped, dowsed in sauce and grilled.
Once the Capsicum shells were stuffed, they were placed on the open grill for a toasting.

That was all well and good. And pretty fucking delicious. But to be perfectly honest, had nothing on dessert, which is quite possibly the most intense and gratifying BBQ discovery to date.
May I introduce you to "Fruit Quesadillas".
The contents included;
Banana,
Peach,
Custard,
Sugar.
They were topped with;
Vanilla Ice Cream,
Kiwiberries.
Seriously, these things were so fucking delicious I am having them again for breakfast. The evidence is clear in the following photos. Mythily couldn't dare waste one little drop...
